member in the hospital. We had our dogs with us so needed a pet friendly room. Room 229 smelled of animal urine so bad it made my head hurt as soon as the door opened. They had a “room deodorizer” on the table which means you know how bad the room smells and still tried to rent it. We went back to the front desk and she gave us 227…. Equally as disgusting. We went back up to get a refund and leave and the receptionist begged to show us a different room...

and good value. Unfortunately, now that the namesake is licensed to independent operators, that is not the case at this Johnson City property. In short, this property is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not a value at any room rate. Take yourself and loved ones elsewhere to avoid dirty rooms, unsavory characters lurking about the different sections of the property, and a noisy overall experience."
