"Loved the area and the building. Very close to cool, non touristy, shops and restaurants and the building has a cool vibe. Free laundry in the basement is a plus, but the washer and dryer have seen better days and someone left some bleach in the washer which ruined a shirt. Unit gets lots of sunlight, but hard to sleep in if you’re not a morning person. And it’s right off a busy street so it’s loud. "Great central location within walking distance of many restaurants and activities (Lucas Oil, Convention Center and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse). Easy access into the residence and parking included. Plenty of room with all the amenities. WiFi for working or streaming. "

"I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. "

"The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER"

"The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Hot water was a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Since you advertise a yard, there should be something of interest in it. Perhaps that happens outside the winter months. Excellent value."
