何と言っても、シングルの居室が1200円強というのは、本当に安いです。それに対する税金等は結構掛かりますが、トータルで見てもやはり安いです。 居室は窓はありましたが、やはり狭く、シーツも古いという意味含めて決して綺麗ではなく、タバコで焦げて穴が開いていました。 とは言え、値段から考えれば十分我慢できるレベルで、スタッフも明るい人が多く、また機会があれば泊まってもいいレベルです。 たまたま利用はしませんでしたが、近所に地元の食堂がたくさんあり、便利ではあります。また、近くに立派なＲ＆Ｆ MALLというものがあり、すごいことにJBセントラルからそこまで、屋根付きの通路が出来上がっていて、少しだけ遠回りにはなりますが、それを使えば安全且つ道路の横断がなくて早く、ホテル近辺の間違いやすい道も通らなくて良く、非常に便利です。 実際に宿泊すると、可能ならベッドメイク等をして欲しいなとか、感じることはありますが、何よりあの価格を考えると、やはり評価は高くなります。

My humble opinion.

Best if hotel can provide a standard pickup point between hotel & immigration building. Travelling on foot for this 20 mins journey can be tedious especially for seniors & having luggages to carry. My experience staying there was good but the travelling this 20 mins on foot to reach hotel gives me a second thought for my next visit. Food & basic amenities around the hotel is a welcoming sight.

Quiet. Slept like a baby. Internet can sometimes be a problem. Overall Internet connection could be improved. Don't expect that much from a RM50 room. Would book again due to walking distance from CIQ and there are two to three food places.

The wifi was very slow and the place was rather inaccessible even though it was near the Malaysia Checkpoints. Additionally, was supposed to check in at 3pm but we only got the room around 5pm due to cleaning. The cleaning wasn't done properly as well.

Staff are helpful and hotel room is clean but corridor is narrow. Toilet door can’t close tightly. Mosquitoes in the room. Food availability is not good. Air conditioners Seow Seow.

Hotel was located at a small street. Parking was difficult. A quiet street at night. Nothing much to see or do. In the morning, the coffee shops we're opened. Had a Hakka noodle soup and coffee for breakfast. Tasted good. Hotel rate was cheap.

JBセントラルまで徒歩15分から20分くらい。 部屋は清潔でした。 ロビーにセルフサービスのクッキーがあります。 総合的にコスパ良しです！

We had actually planned to book the Hotel CIQ that was next to Amari hotel but realized that we booked the wrong one. This one was in a residential area so it was not so conveniently located. While the room was clean and decent, we had problems with the room. The first room couldn’t be locked so we had to move to another room. The second one had a faulty card key slot so the electricity kept going off even though the card was in the slot. We had to get the hotel staff to help us fix it & fortunately it didn’t go off in the middle of the night. All in, I guess we can’t complain for the price we paid but we were glad that we only stayed for one night!
