I will come again for this hotel

Overall is good experience except for sound barrier not good enough. We still can hear neighbor room close their door very loud.

Very old n dirty property. Felt cheated as the pics shown were totally different from the real condition. Me n my family were shocked when we arrived to see such big differences n requested to cancel 1 night instead of 2. The boss said ok n agreed to refund cash if we call to Expedia n expedia agree too. But when Expedia called him, he changed his mind n refused to refund us money. We left without asking the money back but were absolutely disappointed n disgusted by such dishonest n insincere wat of doing business.

Not recommended

Stayed in there during Labour Day weekend as most hotels in the city was fully booked. Booked two of their "best rooms" but one of it doesn't even have a bed. Just a mattress and it the condition was awful. Tap water was properly functioning. Interior was average at best.

Nice hotel for tight budget traveler

Hotel room and toilet are very clean but a bit smelly. Not a very big issue as my room have a small window and air circulate very well. Good location near AEON mall. 10-15 minutes to Danga Bay and Larkin Bus Station. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Good place to stay for couple

Good place to stay, security for car parking was excellent as they have their own body guard to take a look at our car. But i told receptionist to clean up my room on the next day morning but they didnt clean up as they told me that im going to check out that day so no need to clean. Thats not good actually because im not paying for the room, but im paying for the service also.

Checked in late , hotel staff was still there. Paper thin walls though. And adjacent rooms are connected. So please take note.
