"Well located connected to.mid valley mall. Excellent location . Easy ample parking. Rooms are not so well maintained considering hotel opened in 2022. .only 4 years old but rooms look like much older hotel. Tiles are stained , skirting around the room looks dusty and dry..doesn't give that well mauntained feel . Tyr water boilet was yellow below. Need to be throughly cleaned with citric acid. Didnt dare use it. The water decanter supplied cover was yellow, had a bad smell and looked dirty inside.the shower bottle shampoo,, body soap need a good wash can see some mould growing around the neck of the bottle. Detailing is important to run a hotel.
Next the breakfast was nothing spectacular. The nasi lemak was a let down. The rice was hard, dry,no coconut lemak flavour. Tasted like white rice. The noodle was over cooked.
Surely any mak chik can. Cook better Such an important dish for both malaysian and Singaporean. Should really review the recipe and improve on it totally. To have ustomers enjoy their stay a detailed operation person in operation management should go aroud n check rooms tasted the food each day to ensure highest quality."
