"Didnt use business facility. The only complaint i have is that the pool was not as warm as we are use to it being. Been going to that hotel for 3 years and this time the water was to cold for me to swim. That's what we chose this hotel for, was the warm pool."

"We got 4 rooms with 18 people . One off the rooms had food left over in the fridge and bathroom was dirty. One other room had food on thd sheets looked like pizza sauce. And another room the air conditioning didnt work. We asked to be moved rooms and they said they couldnt accomadate that. We reserved a few months ago. Very unhappy will not stay here again."

"Our stay was very comfortable. King size beds here are perfect. The “queen” size room is more of a full size bed. We stayed a total of 3 nights and 4 days. I placed the “pick up room” place card on door but room was not cleaned. Thankfully the front staff was kind enough to grab us fresh towels and extra blankets :) Also, breakfast is a hit or miss type of thing. First day it was amazing! Second day was disappointing. "

"Hotel has a once every 14 days cleaning policy which meant that when I arrived, my room wasn't cleaned. The previous occupant's trash and ledt behind clothes was still in the room. The towels was filthy and still had dirt on them and the elevator wasn't operating properly and had dog urine on the floor. Front desk staff wasn't there during said hours."

"It was a perfect place for my mother to spend her 70th birthday. Great little home on the lake. Seattle area never seems to let us down. "
