"A experiência do nosso representante Thiago no Hotel Palugi, em Joinville, infelizmente não foi boa.
A cama era bastante desconfortável: muito dura e pequena, o que comprometeu a qualidade do descanso. O travesseiro era extremamente fino, causando dor e rigidez no pescoço já no dia seguinte.
O quarto apresentava paredes visivelmente sujas e, no banheiro, embora o chuveiro elétrico fornecesse água quente, havia uma mangueira vermelha descendo do teto dentro do box, situação que causou...
