"If you have a stopover in Voss at any point, Store Ringheim is the place to stay. Even though we only spent one night on our 10 day trip, this was by far our favorite accommodation. We got in at Voss Station and heard it was quite a hike to get up, so we reached out and they had someone pick us up and drop us back off in the shuttle with our luggage - so easy and convenient. "I booked this hotel because it’s owned by Trolltunga Active, the company I was hiking Trolltunga with, and I’m glad I did. My room was comfortable, the beds especially so, which matched the reviews I’d read beforehand. Everything was spotless and cutely decorated. The breakfast buffet was awesome, served in a bright, windowed, almost greenhouse-like restaurant overlooking a rushing mountain stream. It was raining the morning I ate, but it still felt like I was sitting outside, which was really cool. The restaurant was clearly popular, it was fully booked for dinner, so definitely make a reservation in advance. I wish I had! Parking was easy with plenty of space, and the location was perfect for getting to downtown Odda, the waterfront, and the Trolltunga trailhead quickly."

"Our family stayed in the family suite for a summer trip to Voss on a stopover from the Norway in a Nutshell route. The family who owns the historic farm property is so helpful and nice. The property and room were beautiful. The highlight was the farm-to-table organic dinner and breakfast. Delicious! I would 100% recommend to anyone to stay here."

"Stayed in the family room. Not a very comfortable sofa bed but otherwise great - large and clean room. Good breakfast with plenty of choices though food wasn’t hot. Nice bar area and free coffee offered all day. Close to restaurants and cafes. Parking gets full at hotel and have to go to another location."

"Breakfast was excellent. Particularly enjoyed the ginger/applejuice drink and the perfectly cooked eggs in the morning. Coffee was good, much better than many places I have stayed. Team was amazing, providing for our needs. Parking was fine outside the property. Overall an excellent experience."
