"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. i booked the room through expedia and upon check in i was given the wrong room. i got a room with one queen, non smoking. they put me in a room with two twin beds. when i asked for my room to be corrected they put me in a smoking room. the room was also filthy, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the toilet paper was obviously never changed. i have asthma and cannot stay in a room that’s been smoked in. when i went back to the front desk to ask for a refund, the manager said he couldn’t do anything because the room was booked thru expedia. i called expedia for help, and they called the manager and informed me that the manager was refusing to refund me. i had to just give up and check out and find a different hotel, without receiving any of my money. "

"Floor has now been cleaned, shower did not work, overflowing trash cans all over the place, trash built up outside doors. This is a hotel where men who come into town for the week and work in the oilfield stay so their work pots are all over the outside. I will say the mattress was comfortable but that’s it’s. This place is NOT worth the price. "

"Door facing broken from where a previous night bolt had been broken. Inner drapery missing allowing drapes not to cover completely. Toilet runs after flush. Short in light switch for light over sink. Do not rent 213 to anyone. If we had not been so late in getting to our room from a friend's house after picking up our key earlier in the day, I would have refused to stay there. "

"Oy. I'm curious to know what hotel this used to be! My husband thinks there used to be a pool in the GINORMOUS atrium. The guy who checked us in was super nice. But man.... This place is in rough shape. Graffiti on our door to newspaper stuffed in the cracks to the door to the adjoining room. One towel to share between my husband and myself...one pillow per bed. But, the had a hairdryer that worked great and the mini fridge kept our drinks cold. "

"We would not stay here again. The elevator was broke, they are remodeling, the electric plugs in the bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast service was poor. Many of the selections were out. We were double charged for our room and the staff and check out couldn’t resolve the issue."
