Good rooms, pet friendly

Room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, good parking great AC. Pet friendly hotel. Hotels.com charged us extra for a room with a hottub, rooms do not come with hottubs. They have a public pool and hottub but it was closed since its outside.

Selected the hotel due to the recent remodel and good price. We had a couple of small problems with the room after check in, which staff addressed efficiently. Rough looking people loitering outsude the hotel would lend me to not recommend for a family trip.

Great value!

This was a budget property, but really very nice and a good value! It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price you can’t complain! Very big TV in the room!

The room did not appear that it had been cleaned. The linens on the bed were either stained or dirty. The lamp shades were stained and completely dirty. The room smelled horrible and the floor was very spongy as if it were rotting. The staff on checkout was friendly. My wife’s card was charged for the room though I had pre-paid and booked through Expedia. I would NOT recommend staying here. I was completely grossed out and hope I don’t have bed bugs or something else now.

Traveled to Joplin for a family member’s funeral. Customer service was amazing. I had to wash the tub before using it since there was short black hair. Pink mold that I had to clean up. Other guest were hanging out in the hallway. Every loud until 1am. They all woke up at 6am. The queen bed was sunken in.

Check in was good, good staff, good price, room was nice except the curtains and ratted chair that need replaced Tv went crazy and wouldn't turn off/on, volume wouldn't work and had to plug/unplug to turn on/off Hotel staff checked the tv and nothing they could do to fix the issue The Breakfast was terrible, yogurt, twinkles, juice Save yourself time and go out for Breakfast Carpet was worn and needs replaced

The description of the hotel is a bit wrong. They don't have a working hot tub or pool. The breakfast options were a bit lacking. The rooms however were super clean, fresh, great shower and the bed was wonderful with NO lumps! If you're traveling, as I was, it makes for a great place to rest for the night. It's also close to several must-see attractions.

Good one night stay

Just an overnight stay on our way home. The room was fine. Shower was hot and great water pressure. King bed was comfortable. Liked that there wasn’t carpet. No water cups or frills in room. Breakfast was disappointing. Cereal but no milk, waffle iron but no batter, and ding-dongs. We ate elsewhere. Overall it was fine for one night and it was $15 for our little dog.

The staff was really great, we had to change rooms initially because of a broken toilet seat, and a non-working TV. However the staff switched us out, and no issues.Hotels.com rated the place at 8. but that is really very hard to believe this is a Wyndham member Hotel, it was too dingy. Will not stay here again. I believe that it is really designed for a OTR Trucker, certainly not a family.

Lots of eating choices close by and downtown was easy reached. Hotel did have a barking dog in it although not for long. Breakfast was very disappointing as we went to breakfast at 7.50am, no bagels, bread, muffins at all, no choice of porridge, only a few yogurts left. Staff were on hand but didn't refill anything or ask if we wanted anything. It was sufficient, we had a waffle and juice but felt a bit undervalued as a paying customer. Also felt some of the guests were long term residents and congregated in the doorways. We only stayed one night as planned but I doubt we'd go back

Had constant trouble with the TV remote told the office n they changed the batteries but still had problems... Water in the tub would back up while showering! Had to fight with the refrigerator door to get it open cause the cabinet it set is was broken! Continental breakfast was a joke! Staff was responsive n cleanliness was good ...

Staff was great--kind and helpful to meet all requests (except provide a cup for drinking water; went to my car to bring a bottle to drink water). There was a microwave, frig, but NO cup to drink water; no phone-had to go down to get help to use TV (turned out a second remote was missing and NO instructions or TV guide-no option on the remote for a guide). Without kind help from staff I wouldn't have been able to use the TV. Curtain was broken and let outside light shine in.
