"The staff (particularly one of the male employees) was not friendly at all, and we did not feel welcomed during our stay. While the room itself was acceptable, there was a strong unpleasant odor every time we entered, which made the experience uncomfortable.
We requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. The housekeeping number was also unresponsive, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times just to get basic items we needed.
Overall, the service and room condition did not meet...

"I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP.
