"Everything was fantastic except breakfast. We were under the assumption it was a continental breakfast buffet of some sort but instead it was a small snack type breakfast delivered to our door each morning in a basket. There was three of us in room but the breakfast fed only 2, so that was slightly disappointing. I’d still recommend staying here and I’d definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms with home-like feel and location to all the King Street shopping was perfect!"

"Very cute hotel. Great location. Just a few blocks from City Market and King Street. Food was just okay. Pool was cute but felt like you were in a fish bowl with everyone watching the way it's situated. BUt, still nice that they had one. All the staff were really nice. Love the $10 credt at the coffee shop each morning. But good luck getting late night bites. The evening clerk was SOOO NICE and snagged some peanut m&m's for us in a pinch. THANK YOU MARK! Don't expect a view from most of the rooms of any kind. BUT, the rooms themselve are sooo cute and very spacious. Definitely recommend again. Price was great! But could do without the resort fee since there weren't many available to you other than the pool - and again - wasn't very useful with the size."

"This hotel was perfect. Perfect location, perfect room…the kitchenette was fantastic (even thought we didn’t use it). Bed and pillows comfortable too. I could live in the robe as well. The rooftop bar was great. Definitely gets club-like with loud music at night…so perfect For the younger crowd. Will definitely be back."

"Located right where the action is. Walking distance to just about everything. Pier, park, city market, battery and Americas oldest liquor store. Ellen the mgr was an amazing help and knows the city best. Including where to get great soul food. Be sure to ask her for her grandmas banana pudding recipe. You won’t be disappointed."

"Everything about this property was amazing. Our room was very clean and spacious. We loved being able to eat breakfast in our room. The lecture and walking tour of the area was certainly a plus. We absolutely loved the wine and cheese offered each afternoon. The location is perfect. We’d like to go back to Charleston if for no other reason just to stay at this wonderful place again."
