"You could tell it is run down. Beds were comfy. Breakfast wasn't too exciting. Tub did not drain very well so there was standing water every time we showered. The pet fee was nice that it was only 10 dollars per night though."

"The paint is falling off outside. The inside has multiple rooms with notices from the fire marshal stating they are a fire hazard and do not occupy. The ceiling in the halls are torn apart. They either need to demo the building or close the place and fix everything including the odd smell that permeates throughout."
