"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple. The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down...

"I've stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years and it just seems to get worse every time. They went from a great sit down breakfast to self serve hot food to a bowl of cereal. The restaurant/bar being closed on weekdays is just bizarre."

"The room was clean. But the shower knob was already broken, the bathtub floor had a massive air pocket. The night staff was passed out in lobby when I was checking out had to call the phone. Took the woman 5 minutes to get up lousy service. The room was very clean, but the walls paper thin."

"The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Unfortunately the person who was at the front desk wasn't the most courteous one. My family and I got 3 rooms for our 2 nights stating for a graduation ceremony in the area. We felt unwelcome as not getting the sense of helping and assisting with the questions and help we get from other places we rent and hotels. Not everyone is the same but to work with people you need to learn how to speak and offer a better service"

"I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. If you value yourself, I strongly advise against booking a stay here, particularly for people of color. I had to reserve two nights to take some nice photos for my birthday, which was stated in my initial agreement during the booking process. However, no one mentioned any restrictions until I began taking pictures. Both the managers and the receptionist approached us, insisting that we stop or they would call the police. I was bewildered,...
