"Very friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable beds. Didn’t eat there so can’t speak for the food. The room seemed a bit small for two people with two suitcases and carry on bags. It’s unfortunate that the rooms with the bath tubs only have the twin beds. As a couple who wanted a bathtub we had no choice but to take the room with two single beds."

"breakfast very $$$ & half the items were cold shuttle bus left without us when they knew what flight we arrived on they did help us with a reservation for the wrong date but they weren't even close to being full so that should have been easy beautiful rooms and property "

"Average hotel. Room service breakfast is very bad and over priced. They charge about $5 for a bottle of water which in Kenya is just criminal and takes advantage of you as a guest knowing there are no shops near by "

"We stayed at 3 different hotels in Nairobi, all about the same price. This one was the best of the bunch by a long shot. Clean, pool, nice bar, helpful staff, convenient and safe location for restaurants and shopping. Got us a boxed breakfast since we had to leave at 5 am. A real winner !"
