"The apartment management were quite responsive and changed my room after I reported the dog chewed furniture and stained carpets. But these should have been removed before new guests. 2nd apartment had some cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly but doesn’t change basics."

"We were most impressed with friendly staff - both concierge and reception. Hussain was our first and last contact and was v helpful , polite and welcoming. Location was superb and central to all. "the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."
