"Great authentic little town, private parking garage opposite hotel, found a fantastic restaurant that was incredibly cheap (Raconet)
Was charged on arrival for the room but then discovered I’d already paid at the time of booking, this was refunded and there seemed to be some confusion with the Expedia booking process.
Good cheap stay en-route though Spain and would recommend."
"Pro: right across the street from the bus station
Cons: Hotel has 0 amenities. No coffee maker nor mini fridge. We went down to reception and asked for ice and they seemed surprised. Also, after a super long bus ride there, we arrived 45 minutes before the check in time, but they refused to allow us access to the room until the exact time."
"Really beautiful hotel, converted from the home of a religious order. lots of public space, especially in the cloister and the chapel which is now the dining room. We had a spacious room that had a private patio. The staff were super nice and helpful and the food was great."
"Excellent to have underground garage parking for motorcycles available, especially as it was free of charge.
Friendly helpful staff and nice room. Food better than average. Well done"
"The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture.
Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Y que vaya muy bien."
"A roadside chain motel-type lodging meets the bare minimum: clean, things work, but not very comfortable. Tiny rooms, less than mediocre food, overworked staff. Even at a low price, not very good value for money. I had breakfast because an earlier review praised it. What a mistake! Even the fresh things were sub-par, like one of the mushiest apples I have ever tried to eat. Room was clean but tiny. Minimal amenities, a very thin towel. Wi-fi did work well."
