"This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable for the duration of the stay. The bathroom was also a good size. The carpet in the room had some stains, which I have also noticed at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A big plus was the location. Baylis Street offers plenty of shops and dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. There is also a gas (petrol)...

"Efficient service! Very clean and spacious room for family trip carrying a little baby. Although the room furniture is a bit old, but acceptable. Supermarket and Restaurants surrounding here, recommend for family trip"

"Ac can only go down to 23 degrees control locked to this, shame as still warm in room for sleeping, shower grout mouldy and bed had an electric underblanket and conection "

"There was no water coming from hot water tap in shower. Remote for TV needed new batteries . Guest information folder was not clean on inside. Beds were tired."

"The room was clean and the staff were lovely but there is a strange sewer smell coming from the plug holes in the floor in the bathroom that was a little unpleasant and as there is no sink to wash dishes it would be great if the crockery could be refreshed especially for a week long stay "
