"This hotel is seriously underrated! The property is beautifully designed, combining modern style with iconic Balinese elements. Everything was super clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole place had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the restaurant was also excellent. "I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"Awesome staff and amazing resort. Everything gave 5 stars to me. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. I had room service dinner regularly and it was always good and presented so beautifully. Tea time was enjoyable also. Various tea and coffee options with little cakes and snacks. Carts to transport you around the resort. Just lovely. Isolated from central ubud. As a solo traveler I would say the resort is more enjoyable for couples unless you are going to cut off from the world."

"We stayed at Impiana Villas in Ubud for our honeymoon and, although we initially had a few issues with our room, the way the team handled them made a big difference. A special thank you to Hery, the manager, who was very focused on our satisfaction and wanted to resolve the issues straight away. He listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and kindly upgraded us to Impiana Villas. The honeymoon cake and beautiful towel decorations were also such thoughtful touches and really helped make our stay more special. I’d also like to thank Erik, who helped us when our taxi driver went to the wrong hotel. He took the phone and communicated with the driver himself, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, Hery’s efforts and the team’s genuine focus on resolving issues turned our experience around. We really appreciated their care and hospitality, especially during such an important trip for us."

"This was an absolutely amazing place. Nestled right along the sacred Ayung River, this place is so much more than a resort. Sakti Dining Room culinary experience blew me away. We truly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast menu was different everyday and every meal was a masterpiece of flavor, color, and vitality. The combination or flavor and tradition was a high point of every day. The staff at the resort were polite, respectful and always greeted you with warmth. Although, the property is away from the Ubud city center, Grab (taxi) was never more than 10 minute wait."
