Front line staffs are polite and helpful, especially Michelle and Yoyo of front desk, providing smooth and speedy check-in arrangement. Would definitely recommend this hotel when comparing price to value."

"Desk staff were friendly. The loud music at the front desk was a little much while I was trying to hear the receptionist speaking in a loud whisper. I could do without the foreigners from India, Africa and who knows where else running the elevators - very rude and pushy, especially during checkout, where I was set upon by two of them talking at me at the same time."
