"No customer care at all, We didn’t understand each other because they don’t speak English but atleast they could assign someone who can communicate in English My friend and I slept at the reception because they didn’t give us the information about the key and we call the customer service number the whole night and no one ever picked at the same time no one was around the hotel ..How come at the hotle all the staffs left ??I was very disappointed with the service "

"Our hotel stay was so nice. The room was spacious & the beds were comfortable. Our room was clean & staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was excellent ! It was a great way to start our days of adventure! We found a way to make the trip to Dusseldorf less expensive...walk to nearby Esso gas station & take tram #709 from Neuss into Dusseldorf for just 3.40 Euros versus 30 or more with Bolt app or a Taxi. Would recommend this Hotel Inn in Neuss, Germany."
