Very beautiful mountain hot spring

We spend two days in the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staffs in the front deck speak good English and are very helpful. The outdoor onsen is beautiful Special when the winter snow. Definitely will be back. Thanks

夕食、朝食共にgood、その他の特典もたくさんあり良かったです。ただ、チェックアウト後、駐車場にワゴン車で送っていただきましたが、当日、雨が強く降っていて、送迎のスタッフは車に乗ったままで雨の降る中私たちを降ろし、走り去ってしまいました。大きな荷物を雨に濡れて車まで運びました。ワゴン車の中に傘が置いてありましたので、傘を差し出して車まで送ってあげるか、少なくても傘を貸していただければと思いました。

良い思い出として残っています。

客室に露天風呂がある部屋に宿泊しましたが、そのお風呂から川が見る事ができ、その景観や流れる音が最高！またお風呂は24時間いつでも絶妙な湯加減！！部屋の設備もばっちし！このタイプの部屋は3部屋しか無いみたいだけど、少々高くても絶対お薦め！！レストランでの食事付きでしたが、お腹いっぱい出てきます！ホテルは申し分なし。それに加えて、街並みもいい感じ。日本の良さを感じさせられます！！
