"Room was okay staff was also ok sir condicitioning had a nasty smell n when you turn on the heater the smell gets worse the microwave started smelling also when tryna use it the tv only works with wifi and the wifi didn’t work parking was okay didn’t have trouble with that "

"This property has a lot going for it, and I want to give credit where it’s due. The room itself was super clean and well maintained, and that level of care clearly extends to the entire property. The staff were superb and genuinely made the experience better. That said, there are a couple of things worth noting. The shower enclosure leaks a small amount of water onto the floor, which is a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. I also had an issue with neighbors playing music through their TV at a volume that carried into my room. I waited a couple of hours before calling the front desk, and to their credit, it was handled. The biggest drawback for me was road noise. The nicer rooms are positioned closer to the road, and the traffic noise comes right through the front door of the room. The patio itself is actually quiet and overlooks the interior first floor fountain, which is a really nice touch. But the road noise pushing through the front of the room undermines what is otherwise a beautiful space. Some kind of noise barrier or additional insulation on the road-facing side would go a long way toward solving this. It feels like a design issue that could be addressed without changing the appeal of the property. This hotel has a lot of potential and clearly has the right people running it. With some attention to sound insulation on those road-facing rooms, it could easily be a standout stay."

"The hotel left a mixed impression. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the property itself feels worn out and clearly in need of renovation. It seems that part of the ground floor may be used as social housing, with all the consequences that come with it. Because of the very poor sound insulation, I would not recommend staying here with children. The area also did not feel safe or trustworthy. Breakfast was especially disappointing: during all 10 days of our stay, the menu never changed fried eggs, sausages, bananas, apples, oranges, frozen fruit, bread, two kinds of donuts, and waffles. It may be acceptable for a short stay, but not for a comfortable family vacation."

"Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal."

"NOTE: Hotels.com said check-in was at 3 p.m. The inn said it was at 4 p.m., so we had to wait longer than expected. This area is a little sketchy, but the inn itself is fine. There's constant street noise, but you can mask it by using the a.c. The parking lot is small--I only mention that because it's possible they run out of spaces if there are a lot of travelers and extra vehicles. The room was neat and clean. They welcome pets."
