"The staff, particularly the hotel manager were of the lowest sort of honorable character. Moreover, nothing worked in the presidential suite, even lacking hot water for showers. I stayed there many days because I had pre-booked the room, however I wish I had never stayed even one night."

heavy traffic and heavy noisy
"I can't sleep at night on account of heavy traffic noisy for 3 nights. Terrible. I requested the change of my room, employee refused my suggestion. Oher side room is better, but they denied the my suggestion. I don't want to recommend any more with internet reservation. Hotel gave me a bad room."
