The rooms were a good size and even had a couch to sit on in them. The bathroom was small but clean and sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to food spots and the train station. It was a good location and would stay again if in Kobe.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown.

The rooms were a little tired but the rest of the hotel was magnificent. The location is perfect, try and get a room facing the Ferris wheel as night time is very pretty. 고베산노미야역에서 가까웠고, 주변이 바로 번화가라 식사 걱정 없었습니다. 기타노이진칸도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였고요. 방도 난방하지 않아도 훈훈한 온기가 돌았고, 대욕장 무료 이용도 좋았어요. 다음에도 이용할 생각 있습니다.
