"We had the poolside room, it was very nice, clean, great amenities, comfy bed and pillows. It was nice being able to walk out to the pool from our room. We even had the pool to our selves which is lovely. The area with the pool and restaurant is gorgeous, tranquil. "

"The office had closed for the night at 9 PM, but there was no call from them about our check-in and nothing online stating the office had limited hours. A note on the door said “back in 5 minutes” and, after waiting ten, I was informed they were closed and the front desk associate would be there in ten minutes. He was quite dismissive at check-in, and said he just assumed I wasn’t coming. The room was fine, and it was quiet enough. Just don’t expect a smooth check-in if you happen to be traveling late. "
