"Looking forward to a quite vacation in the arms of the beautiful mountains, i was greeted by Bulldozers and road construction. And the worse part is, it was being done by the owner of the Chalet i rented. It just sliped his mind to mention this in his confirmation email right? Right! So instead of waking up to the sounds of birds and the smell of wet grass, i woke up everyday to the sounds of big machines working the road and the smell of tar and diesel. "Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen zum Skifahren in Achenkirch. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Die Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche und der Service ausgezeichnet. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sauber und mit zwei fnnischen, einer Dampfsauna und Infrarotkabinen ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber völlig ausreichend und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Man fühlt sich sofort im ganzen Haus wohl. "Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location. The facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. Majority of the places you would likely visit are either a short walk for the mountain or a trip into the city via a lovely train. Very well run place and would love to revisit once the chance arises."
