"There was nothing to like about this booking, the information about the property was highly misleading, if you wanted to stay at a place that was worse than rustic, choose this place. There was no service, we booked the day of arrival, so we couldn't provide ETA 24 hours before, messages were apparently emailed to us, but being on the road and our booking accepted, we expected some form of communication on site when we arrived, but there was nothing, no one on site, no phone or intercom, the place looked like it was shut down after winter. It cost us time and money to get to the property, we were forced to find other accommodation. The advertising on Whatif I believe is very misleading, I believe the accommodation managers should have either not accepted our booking at the time or announced they were not open. What is interesting is the booking included breakfast, how were they ever going to provide this, there was no one on site, when I say no one, I mean no one!!! We were the only unfortunate travellers on site. The experience with Whatif and this booking is extremely disappointing, I would not recommend the accommodation to anyone, and I would certainly warn off people on using Whatif. They have not addressed a complaint made to them about this accommodation."
