"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. "

"Struttura bella ma personale scortese e poco disponibile. Al nostro arrivo la manager non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Si è dimostrata sin da subito poco collaborativa e solo dietro nostra insistenza ha trovato per noi una camera per la prima notte (avevo prenotato 6 notti), affermando che la mattina seguente avremmo dovuto lasciare la struttura perchè già tutta al completo. "We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!"
