The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. Wir mussten also häufig warten, bis mal jemand vorbei kam, um uns aufzumachen. In den Spielraum für Kinder haben wir nur einen kurzen Blick geworfen,...
