"I had a wonderful stay at the new Radisson Blu in Almaty. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the warmth from the front desk team immediately set a positive tone for our stay. A special thanks to Elmina, along with Kamila and the entire front desk team, for their professionalism and hospitality. Also, sincere appreciation to Askhat, Director of Rooms, for ensuring everything was perfectly managed. The stay itself was extremely comfortable — the rooms are modern, well-designed, and very relaxing. Being a new property, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully done. What truly stood out was the restaurant team. Nurbol, Asele, and Elvira went above and beyond by preparing a customized, out-of-the-box meal for us, which was both thoughtful and delicious. They ended the experience on a sweet note with a delightful dessert, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel’s location is another big advantage — very close to the airport and convenient for quick access to the city, making travel and sightseeing effortless. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service, warm hospitality, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Almaty."

"I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating, but it came up short in many areas. The room was comfortable but housekeeping was minimal. I checked in on Sunday and didn't see a fresh towel until Thursday. Bed was never made during my week - long stay. No hot water the last two times I took a shower. Noisy! There was a youth soccer team in the two floors below, and twice I had to tell the front desk about the noise that came up the open stairwell like an echo chamber; the second time, the boys were playing ball in the hallway. Room features were inconvenient: only one light switch at the entrance, so I had to use my cell phone to find my way back to the bed after turning out the lights. Very little space on the bathroom vanity. Positives: the staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. The location is a bit away from the central sites (but near the train station 2), and easy for taxis to find and take you around for 1000-2500 tenge."

"Excellent location and a really pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room is small but very cozy, with a fridge and a strong shower, which is always a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all, especially at this price."
