"The room is spacious and have the Mt. Fuji view.They also offer free shuttle service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. The driver is very nice and can communicate in English. Very good!"
"We had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. "
