Get the room with the volcanic view, it is worth it! That and the location were unbeatable! Once arrived at the station, you can go through AMU plaza to walk underground via B1 to then take the elevator up to the reception on the 7th. The emails prior to checkin had conflicting information and I panicked as I did not receive a QR code. Checkin was slow since many travelers were checking in at the same time. But the use of washer/dryer made up for the stress.

Vacation Rental Hotel Tenmonkan
Room temperature is a bit cold and towels were not exchanged. Room condition is good and clean but communication was not easy and not able to access to hotel manager.
