"The place had everything that we needed. "

"Should have said online the hot tub was not working, carpet was nasty dirty, doors are not solid so you can hear everything from your neighbours, for the price it was expensive. Lots of water stains on door in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again ."

"We were able to check in early, unfortunately the next day our fire alarm wouldn't stop beeping, & our fridge stoped working. Within the hour they had us moved to a different room the was exactly like the one we had. They were all very good including the maintenance staff who told the front desk that they couldn't fix the problem within a reasonable time & recommended the move for us. We were pleased with our stay."

"Walls are very thin so you will be able to hear everything going on from other rooms. It is worse with adjoining rooms."

"The room was clean and comfortable. No staff in the office to get a breakfast ticket and no breakfast served in the breakfast room. The pool and hot tub had dead skin and the environment dirty. Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the hospital."

"Breakfast was very basic so next time would probably just skip that and go to a restaurant instead. Skip the parking charge and just park on the street for free on weekends. The lobby and restaurant are charming for their heritage and the bed in the room was comfortable so we had a good sleep. The location is great for walking around downtown and to Riverside Park. Not sure I’d stay here again though. "

"Tap in bathtub wouldn’t turn off; I wouldn’t even tough the stair railings, they were so dirty. Holes in walls, torn wallpaper. A/C unit was so loud that it shook the bed. Continental breakfast was a joke - no fruit, no yogurt- just bread for toast and 3 choices of cereal. Coffee was in the tiniest carafe, and tasted like tar. The staff, however, were lovely; easy check in, friendly staff. Easy to park, easy checkout. The staff were the only good thing about my stay, sadly."

"An okay motel for a short stay. I choose it among others because description said it has a hottub, however on my arrival I was told it's closed for a season - quite disappointing."

"This hotel is located right on the heart of crackville. The minute we pulled into a parking spot we were approached by two homeless people and there were more hanging around all overthr area. Find a better hotel."

"I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel, just a peaceful nights sleep. My night started off good as I managed to fall asleep to a quiet night but at about midnight the room upstairs came alive. They weren't playing loud music or anything, just some loud talking and laughing with heavy foot steps and sliding chairs which woke both my wife and I up and it continued until about 1:30am. It seemed to me that there was very little, if any sound proofing between the ground floor and upper...
