"Zimmer genau wie auf dem Bilder. Kontakt war per WhatsApp. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Lage ist gut. Ca. 3 Min FuĆweg zum Lidl. Ca 5 Min zum Bahnhof. 20 Min zur Promenade. Grenzmarkt sowie Essensmƶglickeiten 5Min entfernt sowie ein MC Donalds. Es war ruhig, WLAN war vorhanden, viele Deutsche Sender. Es war alles vorhanden im Zimmer was man benƶtigt. Die Waschmaschine haben wir im Zimmer nicht gehabt, vielleicht war diese ja im Keller. Wir haben sie nicht gebraucht. Also wir wĆ¼rden auf...

In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verƤndert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-AblƤufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich LĆ¼ftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch wƤhrend einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch auĆerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. Die Betten waren fĆ¼r uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "
