"Staff was bilingual, they explained check-in, and check out process in English. They were very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and cleaned and stocked up with fresh towels each day and coffee and tea and water were restocked daily. They have a breakfast option, i didnt get it but after eating there i wish i had gotten it. They had a variety of options for breakfast. They also gave us complimentary drink each day from the bar such as coffee, tea, beer ans i believe high ball during 10am to 5pm. Most of the time i was out in the town but it was still a nice touch to offer a drink every day. The day we did get it ilthe coffee was nice amd strong and the beer was nice and fresh feom the tap. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it its close to the train station, the area is quiet at night and its a walking distance from museums and castles and shrines but you could take a short train ride to those places. Nagoya train station is the major train station and its accesible feombthie hotel via another train line that is very close. This hotel is alao near restaurants amd family marts for a quick snack or drink."
