"When I checked in, I was told by the hotel that they did not have my reservation. I showed them Hotels.Com booking confirmation but they insisted that they did not received any emails from Hotels.Com on my booking. I was lucky they was still room available and I managed to get the same room rate offered by Hotels.com. Not sure whether it was Hotels.com fault or the hotel itself. Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated.
