The hotel staff was able to arrange transport to La Plantacion and the Phnom Penh airport and even offered us a very late checkout (unprompted), so we could shower and rest before departing for an overnight flight.

"The place is very quiet and has a relaxed feel to it. Quite rustic. The staff did not speak any english so check in was tricky. After we got settled in the room we did meet the owner who did speak english and he made us feel very welcomed. "

"Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. Le lit de la 1ere chambre était cassé.
Les poubelles des précédents invités n’étaient pas vidés et le bidon d’eau était vide à notre arrivé.
Prestation pas à la hauteur de l’attente pour le tarif.
