"Loved the Old Cinema hotel. Beautiful art deco decoration in rooms and surrounding areas. Air con works well. Great shower. Cool breakfast area / cafe with lots of plants. Great background music accentuating the cool mood. Small pool to cool off in was on way to needing a clean, but was fine. Lots of towels. All staff were magnificent even helping to organise tuk tuks to the sights. Food excellent. Loved this place especially the meatball sandwiches for lunch. "

"I really appreciated how eco friendly this hotel was. I liked that they had signs that asked guests to use their towels more than once and that they offered filtered water in glass bottles vs. plastic. I also appreciated that they didn’t take up counter space with any unnecessary amenities like little boxes of shower caps or boxes of toothbrushes. There was a note to let guests know they’re available at the front desk, if needed. I always bring my own stuff and I’ve heard that at some hotels,...

"Hotel is located in quite a local area, but still a short walk away from the main area (5-10min walk), which we found quite nice. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here for a stay in kampot. Great value."
