"Great"

"We loved everything about this property from cleanliness to their service."

"Great location and the staff were helpful and friendly"

"Check in and check out was very smooth, and the staff just very kind. Room was clean and they even clean the floors of our room daily. That was a surprise. Definitely a great place to stay."

"Fantastic location, great views up down the Brunei River. So nice to get in the pool at the end of a hot day. Bonus is that the Braii restaurant in on site, fantastic South African prepared food. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast everyday didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended stay."

"Excellent location near the airport. Friendly staff. "

"Spacious rooms were very comfortable "

"This was a solid hotel, with a stellar breakfast. The location was ideal, and I had no complaints"

"So many restaurants nearby."

"Slightly below expectation of hotel comfort."

"Excellent breakfast. Nice room. Much better than expected. All good."

"This was a solid hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the location, as there wasn’t a whole lot around the surrounding area"

"nice place"

"Enjoyable place to stay with friendly & helpful staff. "

"Restaurant for breakfast is good."

"The room was really and was worth paying rather than sitting in the airport for 6 hrs. The only downside was the aircon was to cold"

"Located within a shopping mall. Check out was not quick."

"To be fair, the lodge is actually quite new and everything is fine. Only disappointment is tat I was checked into a room that is not ready and not clean. We were subsequent checked into another room but there were no towels. Other than that, it’s all fine"

"Like most hotels in Brunei, they are Poor value, Over Priced and Venice lodge was no exception. Quality of hotels is extremely limited and bare no comparison to hotels in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, or Indonesia. Similar standard for that which I experienced at least 60% cheaper in other countries mentioned."
