Good location and very friendly staff. The room itself is very clean and tidy. Whereas toilet is ok, though could be slightly cleaner. Maybe staff was in a rush to clean it.

Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. ...
