"Booked a deluxe room via hotel.com and photo shows shower area separate from toilet bowl area ie bathroom has a shower sliding door area. However, only executive room has this facility. Front desk staff was very helpful and management also decisive in giving us a discounted rate to upgrade to executive room. Thank you very much.
