"Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment."

"It is an old property and looks its age but is reasonably well maintained. Staff are helpful. We had a ground floor room but right at the end of the corridor.
