Poor condition
The apartment is located in the Malay community, hard to locate Chinese food. The apartment’s amenities are not really well maintained. Loose taps, lack of places for hanging clothes, broken hanging rack below morris in center room, master bedroom has some moist smell)

like..easy food access downstairs.. dont like..room too hot 😥..aircon duct from outside does not make the room cooler esp during this hot season...room walls no soundproof u can hear people f..king n talking next door..😱😲management should do profer soundproof nextime..
