"Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby."

"Not a great experience, room was dirty , room safes did not work , terrible sound proofing, very outdated and not a pleasant stay"

"The rooms and lifts need a complete refresh and deep clean. Paint was peeling off walls and the bathroom in particular was quite dirty. No toothbrush/toothpaste/handsoap/tote bag. 3 lifts servicing 42 floors meant the wait time was long. The shampoo and conditioner were in old water bottles. The furniture however was comfortable and amazing view."

"Hotel needs to get more new bath towels and provide wash cloth and hand towels. Also had to ask for shampoo and body wash gel. Towels are very very old. Shower does not work properly. Room gets very hot, ac only works when in room with room key, should have better system. Location was great but won’t stay here again"

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool was shaded and cool even in March's heat wave! The breakfast buffet had everything we could want, and more. "

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "
