Took her 30 mins to get confirmation from the hotel manager/owner about my booking. And luckily there is still one room available. So my advice the hotel management: Be more organize in handling customer booking via online."

However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."
