"客室は清潔に保たれています。ただ照明のスイッチがわかりにくくベットサイドのボタンも隣の洗面所と繋がっているのも便利ですがわかりにくかった。それを説明する冊子などあればなおよかった。スタッフはとても愛想良くフレンドリーでしたが、部屋のタオルはないものもあり残念でした。朝食はとても種類が豊富で毎日食べたいと思いました。ただ、事前に記念日だと伝えても一言もそれについてふれられなかったのは残念でした。設備としてはとてもよかったが、何人かクチコミしているように温かみが昔よりかけていてそこだけがマイナスポイントでした。"

"Firstly, let me start by saying we were staying as a couple and didn’t realise it was the school holidays in south east Asia, so this definitely colours my review. The pool area looked amazing when we arrived, but the entire time we were there it was completely crowded with kids - who were having an amazing time and it’s definitely a great resort for families. For us, it was so noisy, overcrowded and you couldn’t get an alcoholic drink until 3pm… and even then, there never seemed to be anyone...

"This is my second at this property.The room and facilities are modern and relatively new and well kept. However, the staff needs to be better trained. On the last day of our stay (our rooms had late checkout), we went back to the rooms to prepare for checkout, but we were locked out of the room. We went down to reception and the staff said she fixed the issue, so we went back up again only to find the keys still didn't work. So we went to reception again and was told it was fixed for the 2nd...

"Very nice, quality hotel but noticed and reported hot water was only warm, next day it was not warm at all. My odd tasting breakfast in the cafe wasn't worth the price"
