"The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough. No bugs except after rain you will see a cockroach or two in the room. Transportation: if you don't have your own vehicle, you will need GRAB or MAXIM. MAXIM isn't the best so in Bangi, GRAB is better to have. OK, good luck finding the room/front desk. Better to go into the mall. They have to do a better job with directions to the place to stay. There are three names to the hotel. Trial and error. Minor problem if any. I had to ask Orbitz. Get a receipt for your deposit because, no disrespect meant, when you ask for a receipt, get one.
