"Sehr unfreundliches, unmotiviertes Personal. Wir wurden extra angefragt, wann wir ankommen. Auf die Bekanntgabe der Ankunftszeit wurde nicht geantwortet. Als wir ankamen(13:45) hiess es, das Zimmer sei erst um 15:00 bereit. Erst nach unserer Reklamation, war dann das Zimmer plötzlich innert 15 min. ..."

"Overall this is a very nice hotel. Nice location, beautiful views, extremely clean, and very well maintained. Two things I thought couldn’t be better!
