"Asked for the sofa bed to be made after 6pm at front desk when checking in but when we got back around 11:30 pm the sofa bed was not made. Texted the number that welcomed our arrival and if we needed anything to text back, did so and no response until next morning the text said I could text back to check out and no mention of the previous text.
